Real-Time Location, Monitoring & Smart Alerting

Our solutions provide much more than real-time visibility into the location of people and assets. They also deliver valuable insights into the conditions and environments in which they operate. By combining location services, sensor monitoring, alarm management and intelligent lighting into a single integrated platform, we help organizations improve safety, efficiency and operational awareness.

Personal Safety

To enhance employee safety, we offer emergency call buttons, badges and smart watches that allow staff to request assistance instantly whenever needed.

Depending on the environment and application, these solutions can leverage Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and GPS technologies. This enables accurate indoor and outdoor positioning, ensuring that employees can be located quickly during emergencies, incidents or assistance requests.

Assets and Environmental Monitoring

In addition to personal safety, assets and equipment can be equipped with intelligent tags that provide real-time visibility into their location and movement.

These devices can also monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration, pressure and other critical measurements. Whenever values exceed predefined thresholds, alarms are automatically generated so that corrective action can be taken immediately.

The same applies when valuable assets unexpectedly leave their designated area or when a tag is removed from equipment, helping to prevent loss, theft or unauthorized use.

Mobile Equipment – Turning Location Data into Operational Intelligence

Knowing where a vehicle is located is only the beginning.

Of course, it is important to quickly locate equipment when it has been misplaced, parked in the wrong location or moved without authorization. The real value, however, comes from combining location information with operational data.

Our solutions not only track the position of vehicles and mobile assets, but also record who is operating them, how fast they are driven, when and how long they are used, the operating hours accumulated by different engines and motors, and the tasks that have been performed.

Additional parameters such as lifting height, load weight, wind speed and operating hours can also be monitored. We have implemented solutions that track the status of doors and integrated locking mechanisms, incorporate emergency buttons, support bidirectional voice communication and automatically transmit live video streams when an alarm is triggered.

Data from multiple sources can be combined to generate valuable operational insights. For example, organizations can verify whether the correct personnel are assigned to specific vehicles, measure response times based on incoming calls and vehicle dispatch records, or analyze complete intervention durations from the first vehicle leaving until the last vehicle returns.

These examples represent only a fraction of the operational intelligence that can be generated.

By collecting and analyzing all this information centrally, organizations gain a complete overview of fleet utilization and operational performance. Our detailed, customized reports support predictive maintenance planning based on actual usage, simplify and automate invoicing and time registration processes, improve safety and help maximize asset utilization.

This is how we transform raw data into actionable knowledge, enabling better-informed decisions and greater returns on your equipment investments.

Occupancy and Capacity Monitoring

The same technology can also be used for occupancy and capacity management.

The system can monitor whether a minimum or maximum number of people or assets is present within a specific area and automatically generate alerts when thresholds are exceeded.

This can be used to verify whether sufficient oxygen cylinders are available for both operational use and fire safety compliance, or to ensure that enough baggage trolleys are available to serve passengers and visitors.

Communication & Protect

Alarms and notifications can be communicated through multiple channels.

Users can receive alerts via email, smartphones or other communication devices. In addition, intelligent lighting systems can visually guide personnel directly to the exact location where assistance is required.

This dynamic lighting infrastructure also creates unique opportunities for wayfinding and evacuation guidance. Instead of relying solely on static exit signs, the system can dynamically adapt evacuation routes in real-time based on the location of an incident, actively directing people away from danger and guiding them toward the safest available exit.

The same technology can guide visitors to meeting rooms, hotel rooms, patient rooms or any other destination within large and complex facilities.

Emergency Lighting

The intelligent lighting fixtures simultaneously function as fully certified emergency lighting in accordance with NBN-EN 1838 standards.

Because the emergency lighting functionality is fully integrated into the general lighting infrastructure, separate emergency lighting fixtures are no longer required. This results in a cleaner and more uniform appearance, simplified management, improved aesthetics and, most importantly, an environment that continues to feel calm and reassuring, even during potentially hazardous situations.
